BIM Compliance.
The add-in ships live model snapshots to app.bina.cloud as you work, so the compliance and cost dashboards always read the model you’re actually editing — not last week’s export.
How the data flows
Every change you make in Revit is picked up by the add-in and shipped to Bina Cloud as a delta. No manual sync, no re-export, no "which IFC is current" conversation. Close Revit and the dashboards hold the last true state.
The dashboards
- Fire compliance — fire ratings and egress, tracked while you model.
- JKR BIM standards — checks against Malaysia’s JKR specification library.
- Cost dashboard — material estimates that move when the model moves.
Working with Copilot
The dashboards read; Copilot writes. When fire compliance flags a corridor of unrated doors, fixing it is one sentence back in Revit:
set FireRating to 60 on @corridor doors
